We confirm a time
Catch us on the phone and we can often book the visit right then. Otherwise we call you back as soon as we can during business hours.

Diagnosis and quote
We diagnose the fault on site for a flat $125 for a home, or $200 for a commercial machine, then quote the repair once we know what is wrong. Nothing starts until you approve it.

The repair, backed for 30 days
If your appliance has an issue related to our service, call within 30 days and we will inspect it again free of charge.
